FOUNDING MEMBER
Michael Fondungallah is a founding member of Fondungallah & Kigham, LLC. His practice focuses on all aspects of immigration law, business law, international law, landlord-tenant law, discrimination law, and general litigation.
Michael received his bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Yaounde in Cameroon (1991) and a post-graduate diploma (maitrise) in business law from the same university (1992). He worked for the Tazem Chambers as a pupil lawyer and for The Herald Newspaper before coming to the U.S. in 1993. In 2001, he obtained his JD degree in law from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, MN.

SENIOR PARTNER
Pamela D. Kigham is an attorney with the Fondungallah & Kigham, LLC, practicing in the areas of Family Law, Immigration Law and Landlord/Tenants.
Ms. Kigham was a Law Clerk at the Fondungallah Law Offices from 2003 to 2004, while attending William Mitchell College of Law. Ms. Kigham is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota, and is a member of the Ramsey County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association and Minnesota Black Lawyers Association.

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Darren Dioh is an Associate Attorney at Fondungallah and Kigham, LLC, where he represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including employment discrimination, employment investigations, real estate contract disputes, family law, and immigration matters. He works closely with clients throughout the litigation process, providing strategic guidance and clear communication at every stage.
Prior to joining private practice, Darren gained public-sector experience with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, assisting in insurance fraud prosecution, and with the Delaware Department of Labor, where he served as a Senior Claims Adjudicator and Team Lead investigating fraud and identity theft. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Law School and is admitted to practice in Minnesota. Darren approaches his work with strong ethical awareness and analytical judgment, believing in weighing potential consequences, learning from prior precedent, and acting in accordance with both the letter and spirit of the law.
Known for his organization and professionalism in fast-paced environments, Darren Dioh values clear communication and collaboration. He enjoys conducting client intakes and helping clients feel heard while navigating complex legal issues. His work is guided by empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.

LEGAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
Denisha Flournoy is an Administrative Assistant with a strong foundation in litigation support and a growing focus on paralegal studies. She is currently pursuing her Paralegal education, where she is building advanced knowledge of civil litigation, legal writing, discovery, and court procedures.
In her role, Denisha supports attorneys by reviewing and organizing case files, preparing legal documents, managing client communications, tracking deadlines, and assisting with billing and case management systems. She is known for her attention to detail, initiative, and ability to anticipate the needs of both attorneys and clients.
Denisha is passionate about the legal profession and is driven by a commitment to advocacy, fairness, and helping others navigate complex legal matters. She brings a strong work ethic, practical experience, and a deep respect for professionalism to every case she supports.

LEGAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
Nednah Maraga is a Legal Assistant at Fondungallah & Kigham, LLC, where she supports attorneys in delivering efficient, high‑quality legal services across diverse practice areas. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours from Moi University, an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Botswana, and an LL.M. in U.S. Law from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minnesota.
Nednah’s work centers on legal operations, with extensive experience in document review, legal research, drafting, and compliance. Her background spans business and employment law, discrimination matters, immigration, contracts, international law, personal injury, and real estate. She is skilled in reviewing complex records, conducting in‑depth legal analysis, identifying key issues, and producing precise, reliable work product while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to regulatory standards.
In addition to her legal expertise, Nednah integrates data analytics and technology into legal workflows. She is a Certified Clio Administrator and leverages legal‑tech platforms including contract lifecycle management systems and structured reporting tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision making across the firm. Her multidisciplinary experience across law firms, corporate legal departments, academia, and mission‑driven organizations informs her practical, solutions‑oriented approach to legal support.
She is actively preparing for the bar exam and intends to become a licensed attorney, further strengthening her ability to contribute to complex legal matters and client representation.
